Coronavirus Update - Third Lockdown

Following the Government’s latest announcement of a third Lockdown in England, we want to assure you that if you are buying, selling, letting or renting with Braxton we will continue to operate with the health and safety of our customers and colleagues as our first priority.

During the Second Lockdown tenants and homeowners will be able to move, removal firms and estate agents can operate and tradespeople will be able to enter homes.

Therefore our sales and lettings operations will continue as we have done in recent months; all our normal lines of communication remain open and we will be available as normal via phone and/or email.

Our office is operating a locked door policy, should you need to visit to collect or drop of keys and documents please kindly call the office first to pre-arrange. When you visit the office one of us will come out of the office to deal with you.

We continue to monitor government advice and guidance and will provide any relevant updates as required.

If you’re a tenant….

In an Emergency

If you're a tenant and smell gas, call the National Grid immediately on 0800 111 999 (they are available 24 hours a day).

We continue to support our tenants in the usual way. If you need to report a maintenance issue you can do so through 01628 674234. All contractors who attend your property will be following the safe working guidelines and only entering the property if it is safe to do so. If you have any concerns about your current tenancy you can contact us via phone or email.

If you’re a landlord….

All our usual services are currently operating, we have had to defer our regular managed property visits until after the lockdown and social distancing measures are lifted. We have been in touch with many landlords on an individual basis to offer advice and support but if any landlord has any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. We will support landlords and tenants on a case by case basis where difficulties may arise.
